The Puzzle People, by Doug Peterson

Cold War, Cold Case

How Do You Complete a 600-Million-Piece Puzzle And Solve Two Murders?

The year is 1989, and the Berlin Wall is coming down. The East German secret police, the Stasi, are shredding documents in a desperate effort to hide the secrets they have been collecting on their own people for forty years. They have no idea that only a few years later a group of people will come together to piece all of the shredded documents back together.

Annie O’Shea is one of those people. She is a Puzzle Person.

But as the pieces come together, Annie uncovers the incredible story of two couples split apart when the Wall went up in August of 1961. She also discovers a tangle of betrayal, espionage, mystery, and murder.

Even worse, she has no idea who she can trust.
